Conditions of Booking - Wedding Receptions

Confirmation of Booking - If you have a date in mind, please let us know as a provisional booking will ensure that the room(s) are booked in plenty of time. Confirmation of the booking and details are required in writing within a week along with a non-refundable deposit of £500.

Numbers - Minimum numbers for the Baronial Dining Hall will be 30. Smaller parties can be arranged in our smaller private dining room. Final numbers of guests must be confirmed 14 days prior to the wedding.

Charges - We would require final guest numbers are advised 14 days prior to the wedding, at which point, a Pro-forma invoice will be sent out. Payment in full will be due the day after the wedding.
